Technical support of the conversion process to ensure BREEAM compliance. Sirios MP is carrying out the certification to BREEAM DE Existing Buildings. In addition, Sirios MP handles funding management, including analysis of the funding options and applications to BAFA and KfW – at the second stage – the statement of use and support of the procedure through to disbursement of the funds. As early as the acquisition phase (2024), Sirios MP supported the asset with an energy refurbishment roadmap including CRREM analysis, an acquisition TDD and an ESG check as the basis for the purchase decision.
