We help you develop your property in a targeted way and align sustainability goals with technical and commercial requirements. The starting point is an analysis of the building and its energy baseline. Using ESG assessments, CRREM analyses, energy consulting and audits, we identify where action is required and develop suitable measures. In doing so we take our lead from your objectives and the potential of your property.

Together with our partner network we assess feasibility, prioritise measures and underpin them with cost budgets and timeframes. We review suitable funding options and support the application process. We also guide building certifications, for example to DGNB, LEED or BREEAM, and on request manage the implementation of the agreed sustainability measures. The analysis thus becomes a concrete roadmap for the further development of your building.
