Whether new build, comprehensive refurbishment or tenant fit-out: we support your real estate project from preparation through to completion. As the client's representative we protect your interests and take on the central coordination of all parties involved. We structure processes, clarify responsibilities and create transparent decision-making material. Your commercial objectives and the requirements of the building set the benchmark for everything we do.

Our services range from assembling the project team and controlling cost and schedule through to coordinating tendering and award. During delivery we review progress against the contracted scope, manage variations and oversee execution. We also remain at your side for handovers and the subsequent tracking of defects. On tenant fit-outs we additionally reconcile the requirements of owners and occupiers. In this way we bring design, decisions and delivery together and keep your project on course.

Construction management

As an optional extension of our project management service, we take on site supervision. We coordinate the contractors, monitor the quality of execution and oversee construction progress and compliance with the agreed design. We identify deviations early and follow up the corrective measures required. The scope of service is agreed project by project as a supplement to the project management contract.
