As a founding member of Sirios Management Partners, Jamie brings in-depth expertise through her Master’s degree in International Real Estate & Planning (with a focus on project management) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in construction and real estate. She also has extensive experience in project management. As an accredited BREEAM auditor, Jamie is responsible for developing ESG strategies for our clients’ properties. In her role as Managing Director, she leads the day-to-day operations of Sirios Management Partners in Germany and oversees the company’s strategic development.

With many years of experience in the real estate sector—particularly in senior roles in asset management, acquisitions, and fundraising—Jens serves as an advisory board member supporting the strategic development of Sirios Management Partners. His expertise plays a key role in driving the company’s sustainable growth and long-term success.

With a Bachelor's degree in International Real Estate Management, Marlene brings solid expertise in TDDs, ESG due diligences, and transaction processes. She supports project management, assists clients in acquisition decisions, and ensures that even complex workflows are executed efficiently and with clear focus—thanks to her structured approach. On top of all this, she is currently excelling in her Master’s studies in Construction and Real Estate Management.
