Campus – Roof Terrace Conversion and Water Damage Remediation

For the conversion of a roof terrace and the change of the let area from multi-tenant to single-tenant use, Sirios MP took on assembly of the project team, cost estimating, space planning and the preparation of a tenant specification. Under a second instruction, the remediation of water damage was managed – including the inspection with the insurer's expert and communication with the insurance company.
