Sirios MP supported two tenant fit-outs for retail and office use – from bid negotiation through to handover to the respective tenants. For the retail use, storage and office areas were converted into retail space and a new plant room was installed. In the office area, new cellular offices were created with correspondingly adapted ventilation, floor boxes and control cabling.
