A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) ensures IONOS handles data according to our instructions and the GDPR.

We take your data protection seriously and treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. Transmission over the internet (e.g. via email) may be vulnerable to security gaps. Full protection from third-party access is not possible.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
Used to evaluate visitor data, conversions, and enable retargeting. Data is pseudonymized and retained for up to 180 days. See LinkedIn’s privacy policy for details. Consent is required under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
6. Plugins & Tools
Google Fonts (Local Hosting)
Used for consistent font rendering. Fonts are locally hosted to avoid data transfer to Google.
7. eCommerce & Contractual Data
We process customer data for contract initiation and performance based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). Data is retained according to legal obligations.
8. Applicant Data Handling
We process application data to assess employment relationships under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and §26 BDSG. Unsuccessful applications are stored for up to 6 months or longer if necessary. With consent, data may be added to a candidate pool (deleted after 2 years).
